- The data you provide through the contact form: first and last name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message.
- The data you share with us when you contact us by e-mail or by telephone.
- Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the operation and security of the website (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
We do not collect any sensitive data through this website and we carry out no advertising profiling.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request and, where relevant, sending you a service proposal — legitimate interest and consent.
- Performing the engagement entrusted to us and managing the relationship — performance of the contract.
- Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations, in particular accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations — legal obligation.

4. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to the members of our firm who need it to carry out their duties. The website and the contact database are hosted by our technical provider Odoo S.A. (Belgium), within the European Union. Your data may also be disclosed to our IT providers and, where required by law, to the competent authorities. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is hosted within the European Union. Should a transfer to a third country become necessary, it would be covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention periods
- Contact request with no follow-up: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Client files: for the whole duration of the relationship, then in accordance with the statutory retention periods applicable in Luxembourg (10 years for accounting records).
- Technical browsing data: 13 months maximum.

This website only uses the technical cookies required for it to work: session handling, language preference and contact-form security. These cookies do not require your consent. No advertising cookie and no social-network tracker is placed. You may delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.
